[ARTICLE] WINNER share their sorry heart towards Team B and BTS stories during their first radio appearance

WINNER, who just returned from opening up for Big Bang's dome tour in Japan, shared some behind-the-scenes stories during their first radio appearance on 'Yoo In Na's Volume Up'.

On the November 21st broadcast, DJ Yoo In Na mentioned, "It's a survival program," to which the members let out a sigh and laughed. She continued, "I feel like just hearing the word 'survival' would put you on the edge. I like how Jin Woo is smiling. Didn't you go through a lot?"

WINNER shared, "It was very difficult." They then opened up about their competition with Team B, sharing, "That was the most difficult... They are still doing well. We practiced with them just before we came here... To be honest, we still feel sorry. We purposefully try not to express our feelings, and they also purposefully try not to express their own and we have a good relationship."


When asked, "What did you guys say to each other after the final stage?", the members revealed, "Let's hurry up and go to sleep. We were able to sleep comfortably... I've never slept so well in my life. It's been a really long time."

Yoo In Na, who was an MC for the 'WIN' finale, recalled, "Seung Hoon took the tissue out of Jin Woo's nose. The tissue fell on the floor and it was covered in blood." Jin Woo explained, "Immediately after hearing the results, my nose started bleeding. I think it's because my nervousness was relieved."


The DJ also commented, "Tae Hyun is the maknae, but he seems more like a hyung with his calm and composed personality." Nam Tae Hyun commented, "My mind just went blank at the time, and Mino and Seung Hoon hyung cried the most. They are the rapper line, but they cried the most. I wouldn't say anything if they cried prettily, but they were sobbing so much. I told them to not cry so much like babies and maintain their composure."

Kang Seung Yoon said, "Whenever we hear Yang Hyun Suk's biting remarks and advice, our stress goes away." The members added, "Because he has interest in us... His indifference is the scariest." The leader continued, "If the CEO doesn't say anything and acts like we don't exist, we receive more pressure from that."

YG WINNER, Radio Debut.. Appearance on "Yoo In Na's Volume Up' 

YG Entertainment's new boy group WINNER will be making an appearance on Yoo In Na's 'Volume Up'.

Team A's Kang Seungyoon, Song Minho, Kim Jinwoo, Lee Seunghoon, and Nam Taehyun have now become known as WINNER from YG's survival program, 'WHO IS NEXT: WIN'.  All five of them will be making their first radio appearance on the upcoming November 20th at 8PM on KBS Radio 2FM 'Yoo In Na's Volume Up'.

WINNER is composed of leader Kang Seungyoon from Mnet 'Superstar K2', born-to-be dancer Lee Seunghoon from 'KPOP Star 2', strong rapper Song Minho, the oldest Kim Jinwoo in charge of visuals and soothing vocals, and maknae Nam Taehyunwho has an exploding popularity.  The 5 of them composes a group that's capable of self-composing, writing lyrics, producing choreography, and showing their own individuality. 

They competed with their prominent skills through the program 'WIN' for three battles with Team B (B.I, Kim Jinhwan, Bobby, Song Yoonhyung, Goo Joonhwe, and Kim Donghyuk).  They won with a narrow difference and are now taking the name WINNER with their debut.

Yoo In Na watched the birth of this group as she was the MC during the final battle between Team A and Team B.  Yoo In Na is very thankful that they will be appearing on the radio show together with her.  They will be appearing on a segment called 'Reserved Corner' and will be talking about the behind the scenes of the battle and their own thoughts about their debut ahead of them for one hour starting at 9PM.

Yoo In Na's radio show 'VOLUME UP' is receiving a lot of love and with her expert skills and lovely voice, fans have nicknamed her as "Honey Voice DJ"

Meanwhile, WINNER will start their first opening act on the 16th with Big Bang in Japan for their Dome Tour.  They are currently preparing for this debut stage.
